If you are contacting Apogee for Technical Support, you may be asked for a screen-shot of the error that you are experiencing with Stream2 app.

Since the Amazon Fire TV device is not a conventional mobile device or PC, there is no facility to take a screen shot using the device itself.   Instead, take a picture using your device or digital camera, transfer it to your computer, and have it available to email to Apogee Technical Support at  support@myresnet.com
