Taking a Screen Shot - Apple iOS

If you are contacting Apogee for Technical Support, you may be asked for a screen-shot of the error that you are experiencing with Stream2 app.

Press the device’s On-Off button simultaneously with the ‘Home’ button. The screen will flash momentarily and the screen shot will be saved in your device.

The screen shot can then be accessed on the device via the ‘Camera’ app, and emailed.  

Alternatively, connect your device to your computer and launch the Apple ‘Image Capture’ app, select the image, and drag or save to a folder on your computer.  Then the image can be attached and uploaded with a Defect/Bug report.
